1. Eligibility

Age Requirement

By registering, the User warrants that they meet this age requirement. ad444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to close any account where the User cannot satisfy the requirement. Winnings generated by an underage account will be voided and the deposit balance may be returned at ad444's sole discretion.

Geographic Eligibility

One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on ad444. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms. ad444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any bonuses, winnings and pending withdrawals associated with them. Where duplicates were created to abuse promotions, the relevant bonus funds will be forfeited entirely.

Accurate Registration Details
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Users must supply their real name, a valid mobile number and their correct date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

Identity Verification (KYC)
ad444 may require Users to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point. Verification typically involves submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. ad444 may restrict withdrawals, freeze account balances and suspend account access until KYC requirements are satisfied. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request may result in permanent account closure.
Clause 2.3
Account Closure by the User
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting ad444 support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to all outstanding KYC requirements and wagering conditions being met. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and override any pending bonus wagering requirements. A self-excluded user may not open a new account during the exclusion period.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods
ad444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank and Islami Bank. All deposits must come from accounts or wallets registered in the User's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. ad444 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with ad444 support. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. ad444 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval, though times may vary by payment provider. ad444 is not liable for delays caused by mobile wallet providers, banking systems or other third-party processors outside its direct control.
Clause 3.3
Currency and Transaction Fees
All transactions on ad444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change. ad444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, the User's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which ad444 bears no responsibility.
4. Bonuses and Promotions

Clause 4.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by ad444 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spin winnings and any other promotional credit — are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The specific rollover applicable to each bonus will be stated in that promotion's individual terms. Users must satisfy the full wagering amount using eligible games. Clause 4.2
Bonus Abuse
ad444 monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, using matched-betting strategies on bonus funds, and exploiting errors in bonus allocations. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ad444 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals linked to those funds and permanently close the account.
Clause 4.3
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue or qualifying deposit, as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unclaimed or unwagered at the point of expiry will be removed from the account without notice. It is the User's responsibility to review expiry dates in the promotions section of their account dashboard.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are strictly forbidden and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Clause 5.1
Fraudulent Activity
Users must not engage in any fraudulent activity on ad444, including but not limited to: using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, providing false personal information during registration or KYC, exploiting software bugs or platform errors for financial gain, using automated bots or scripts to place bets, and colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes. ad444 cooperates with relevant authorities regarding suspected fraud and may freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation.
Clause 5.2
Money Laundering
ad444 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with applicable regulations. Users must not use the platform to launder funds of any origin. ad444 monitors transaction patterns and reserves the right to suspend accounts, freeze funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Winnings generated through transactions flagged as suspicious may be withheld pending investigation and permanently forfeited where laundering is confirmed.

Unauthorised Software and Exploits
Users must not use any software, tool, algorithm or device designed to provide an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on ad444. This includes automated betting systems, card-counting software, odds-manipulation tools and any program that interacts with the platform in a non-standard way. Accounts found using prohibited software will be closed immediately and all associated balances forfeited. ad444 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ad444 platform that cannot be resolved through the ad444 complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory. 8. Amendments to These Terms

Where a material change is made, ad444 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or via a notification displayed upon login. Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect user rights — may take effect immediately without advance notice. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the ad444 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree with any amendment should cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 2.3.
